I’ve spent the last decade building, fixing, and optimizing cross-functional systems inside tech startups + scale-ups, enterprise innovation teams, agencies and service-based businesses. My background spans product management, business analysis, operations and AI systems strategy. This means I’ve spent most of my career sitting exactly where execution breaks: between product, engineering, CS, sales and ops.
I’ve led product and workflow systems for organizations with messy processes, shifting priorities, siloed teams and unclear ownership. I’ve designed and rebuilt systems across sales, onboarding, service delivery, internal ops, content pipelines, budget tracking, product development and even high-stakes in-person testing environments.
Across every role, one theme kept repeating: teams weren’t slow because people were unskilled — they were slow because the system was unclear. Decisions bottlenecked. Feedback loops died. Requirements changed mid-build. And automation broke because the foundations were chaotic.
Today, I help companies solve exactly that.
My zone of genius is translating messy or ambiguous realities into clean + trackable systems that scale. I diagnose where execution slows, remove the bottlenecks at the intersections of teams, rebuild the foundation and only then layer in AI and automation so the system becomes faster, lighter and more predictable.
I’ve worked extensively with tools like Airtable, ClickUp, Notion, Asana, Slack, Zapier, Make, n8n (self-hosted on my own Linux server) and custom AI layers (GPTs, Gemini, Claude Projects, NotebookLM). Whether I’m working with C-suite leaders or overwhelmed founders, my focus is always the same: create lean, reliable infrastructure that increases clarity, reduces manual work and makes execution easier across the entire business.
